A tract of ground of five (5) acres of equal width off of the entire North end of the following real estate: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Section Thirty-one (31), Township Sixteen (16)North, Range Three (3)East of the Third Principal Meridian, thence East along the Section line Fifty (50) rods; thence North parallel with the West line of said section to the North line of said section, thence West fifty (50) rods to the Northwest corner of said section, thence South along the section line to the beginning. PIN# 09-13-3 1-100-011 WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as required. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, approved. Section 2.
