A tract of land in the Northwest 1/4, Northwest 1/4, Section 31, Township 16 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M., more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 825 feet East of the Northwest corner of said Northwest 1/4, Section 31, thence South 264 feet, thence East 400.5 feet more or less to City of Decatur, Lake Decatur Land Boundary, thence Northeast and Northwest along said City of Decatur Land Boundary to the North line of said Northwest 1/4,Northwest 1/4, Section 31, thence West 365 feet to the point of beginning, situated in the County of Macon, State of Illinois. PIN# 09-13-31-100-012 WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as required. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, approved.
