Tract 1: 1726/134 The North 75 feet of the South 62 acres of the East Half(E 1/2) of the Southeast Quarter(SE 1/4) of Section 31, Township 16 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M., being that strip of land 75 feet wide North and South, located immediately to the South of and contiguous with that real estate now owned by the Grantee in the said East Half(E 1/2) of the Southeast Quarter(SE 1/4) of Section 31. Situated in Macon County, Illinois. Tract I1: 5000/20 A strip of land 30 feet in width Dedicated to the Decatur Park District in Buckhead Estates as per plat recorded in Book 5000, Page 20, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 14 in said Buckhead Estates, thence N.89°-07-25"E. 30.01 feet to a point on the East line of Section 31, Township 16 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M., thence South on and along said East line of said Section 31,474.51 feet, thence N.89°-45'-22"W. 30.00 feet, thence N.00°-14'-38"E. to the point of beginning. Said strip of land containing .327 acres more or less. PIN# 09-13-31-400-003 WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as required.
