Grand <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, has found and does hereby find that <br /> certain structures within the City located on premises at the addresses set forth above, are dangerous and <br /> unsafe, or are uncompleted or abandoned; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the general public health, safety and welfare that said <br /> structures be repaired or demolished. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
