Shafer Excavating at 452 W. Main, and JRH Services at 1031 N. <br /> Edward. <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the attached resolution <br /> authorizing execution of agreements for demolition of said dwellings. <br /> BACKGROUND: The buildings at 452 W. Main, and 1031 N. Edward were put out to bid, <br /> along with nine (9) other properties. These properties crossed the threshold for council approval. <br /> The other nine (9)properties are: 1944 N. 28`h, S. Shafer Excavating, $7,200.00; 1048 N. <br /> Calhoun, $17,200.00, S. Shafer Excavating; 803 E. Cantrell, JRH Services, $9,120.00; 665 E. <br /> Decatur, JRH Services, $9,725.00; 822 E. Decatur, JRH Services, $11,745.00; 2021 Dickinson <br /> PI, S. Shafer Excavating, $9,500.00; 1396 S. Hilton, JRH Services, $7,500.00; 1815 E. Johns, <br /> JRH Services, $8,448.00; 1438 N.
