Replace existing domestic hot water piping in 151 floor ceiling. <br /> • DEMO/removal of approx.250'of galvanized domestic hot water piping(21/z"& 1 '/2") <br /> • Furnish I install approx.250'of new copper type L domestic hot water piping(2"&1 '/z") <br /> • Furnish/install all new hangers,valves,fittings,etc....necessary to complete the system. <br /> • Tie-in of existing"branch lines"with new isolation valves is included. <br /> • Removal/replacement of all necessary ceiling tiles to perform work is included. <br /> • Scissor lift rental to access high ceilings is included. <br /> • Shutdown/isolation/start-up&filling system is included. <br /> 2.) This proposal contingent on existing isolation valves in good working conditions. <br /> Above work for the budgetary T&M NTE price of:$26,000.00 <br /> Items of clarification: <br /> 1. Budget does not include protection(covering,moving,etc.)of carpet,books,shelves,furniture,etc. <br /> 2. Budget does not include new pipe insulation. <br /> 3. Budget does not include any removal 1 replacement/patching of walls.(N/A) <br /> 4. Budget does not include any carpentry, cabinet/casework, painting,electrical or HVAC. <br /> 5. Budget does not include any permits,fees,or dumpster rental. <br /> 6.
