Exhibit A—Scope of Services <br /> Detailed Phase III Engineering Scope of Services <br /> Brush College Road at Norfolk Southern Railroad and Faries Parkway <br /> AECOM Technical Services,Inc. <br /> For Decatur Illinois <br /> August 24,2023 <br /> General <br /> This document serves as the scope of services for a$0 supplement for the Phase III Construction Engineering <br /> Services for an overpass carrying Brush College Road over the Norfolk Southern Railroad and Faries <br /> Parkway in Decatur, Illinois. <br /> The$0 supplement represents the replacement of Quigg Engineering,Inc. (QEI)from the Phase III <br /> Construction Engineering contract with Kaskaskia Engineering Group, LLC (KEG)to provide the Resident <br /> Engineer on the project. In addition, Millennia Professional Services of Illinois,Ltd.,which was listed as an <br /> ODC under QEI on the original agreement is now an ODC to AECOM Technical Services, Inc. (AECOM). <br /> It is assumed with the elimination of QEI that the City of Decatur will provide a Construction Observer <br /> knowledgeable in specifications, the IDOT Construction Manual including the Construction <br /> Inspectors Checklists, and other IDOT manuals and guides. <br /> AECOM will also conduct the shop drawing reviews for the structural elements designed by QEI. <br /> Phase III Scope 08-24-23 Ex A PH III <br />
