ORDINANCE NO. (09 <br /> ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF STOP SIGNS AT THE <br /> INTERSECTION OF NORTH LYNETTE DRIVE AT WEST BERRY DRIVE AND NORTH <br /> LYNETTE PLACE FACING WEST BERRY DRIVE AND NORTH LYNETTE PLACE <br /> BE IT ORDAINED,BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OY DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs are erected giving notice thereof, the driver of a <br /> vehicle on North Lynette Place approaching North Lynette Drive from the north and the driver of a <br /> vehicle on West Berry Drive approaching North Lynette Drive from the east, shall stop and yield <br /> the right-of-way to vehicles on North Lynette Drive which have entered the intersection of said <br /> street or which are approaching so closely thereto as to constitute an immediate hazard, but said <br /> driver having so stopped and yielded the right-of-way may proceed at such time as a safe interval <br /> occurs. <br /> Section 2.
