R R� i JS— U� <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACTION REGARDING UNSAFE STRUCTURES <br /> 926 N.Fairlawn 134 S.Haworth 1656 E.Main <br /> 124 W.Marietta 3647 E.Minnie 242 W.Packard <br /> 836 W.Packard 905 W.Packard 1639 E.Whitmer <br /> 1310 Oak Dr. <br /> WHEREAS,the Council of the City of Decatur,Illinois,has found and does hereby find that <br /> certain structures within the City located on premises at the addresses set forth above,are dangerous and <br /> unsafe, or are uncompleted or abandoned; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the general public health, safety and welfare that said <br /> structures be repaired or demolished. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
