Locke and <br /> Johnathan T. Locke, requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as: <br /> PARCEL l: LOT ONE (1) OF GRAYS COVE THIRD ADDITION, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN <br /> BOOK 5000 ON PAGE 74 OF THE RECORDS IN THE RECORDER'S OFFICE OF MACOUN <br /> COUNTY, ILLINOIS. <br /> PIN# 17-12-25-476-015 <br /> PARCEL 2: LOT TWO (2) OF GRAYS COVE THIRD ADDITION, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN <br /> BOOK 5000 ON PAGE 74 OF THE RECORDS IN THE RECORDER'S OFFICE OF MACON COUNTY, <br /> ILLINOIS. <br /> PIN# 17-12-25-476-016 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land <br /> within such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said <br /> territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or <br /> incorporated town or other municipality, and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as <br /> required. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
