RESOLUTION NO. R2023 -_ <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT WITH BLUECROSS <br /> BLUESHIELD OF ILLINOIS FOR ADMINISTRATION OF THE CITY GROUP <br /> HEALTH BENEFIT PLAN FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2024 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the ASO Benefit Program and Stop Loss coverage presented herewith to the <br /> City Council between the City of Decatur, Illinois and BlueCross B1ueShield of Illinois, be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
