RESOLUTION NO. Z%3-1Y) <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL AND AUTHORIZING THE <br /> EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR PHASE II <br /> SCHEMATIC DESIGN OF THE TRANSIT CAMPUS MASTER PLAN WITH <br /> RICHARD L. BOWEN & ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> WHEREAS, The City of Decatur, Illinois, an Illinois municipal corporation and body politic ("City")is a <br /> unit of local government pursuant to Article VII, Section 6 of the Illinois Constitution of 1970; and, <br /> WHEREAS,the City desires a schematic design for the transit campus; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City finds that this agreement with Richard L. Bowen&Associates, Inc provides the <br /> desired outcomes for this project. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Decatur as follows: <br /> Section 1. That the agreement for professional services for a schematic design for the Decatur Transit <br /> with Richard L. Bowen&Associates, Inc. as attached, and the same if hereby, received,placed on file, and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Decatur be, and they are hereby, authorized <br /> and directed to execute, seal and attest an Agreement between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Richard L.
