Anderson Plaza, <br /> Decatur, Illinois, 62523, until 10:00 A.M., OCTOBER 25, 2023 and thereafter publicly <br /> opened and read. <br /> DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: <br /> The proposed improvement is officially known as: <br /> 2023 STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2023-30 <br /> The proposed project herein specified and described includes the following work: <br /> 1. Karen Drive: Reshape approximately 100 foot of ditches on private property, with <br /> approximately 285 foot of Storm Sewer, drainage structures, and connection to existing <br /> Storm Sewer in curb line. <br /> 2. Rosewood Drive: Reshape approximately 700 foot of ditches along the roadway and in the <br /> public R.0.W., replace approximately 115 foot of CMP culverts, and connection to existing <br /> Storm Sewer. <br /> 3. Wilcox Lane: Reshape approximately 1355 foot of roadway ditches and replace <br /> approximately 350 foot of CMP culverts. <br /> 4. Sullivan Drive: Approximately 705 foot of Storm Sewer, drainage structures and <br /> connection to existing Storm Sewer. <br /> 5. The work includes landscape and pavement restoration and traffic control. <br /> INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS: <br /> 1.
