RESOLUTION NO. a3--m i <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION <br /> OF A CONTRACT WITH G& H MARINE INC. FOR LAKE DECATUR <br /> SHORELINE STABILIZATION PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2023-21 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 2023-21, Lake Decatur <br /> Shoreline Stabilization, and presented to the Council herewith, be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of G & H Marine Inc., in the amount of$215,108.50 for the base <br /> bid plus $36,720.00 for Alternate Bid A plus $11,475.00 for Alternate Bid B be, and it is hereby <br /> accepted, and a contract awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute a contract between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and G& H Marine., attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof, for said plan, in the amount of$263,303.50. <br /> Section 4.
