RESOLUTION NO. R2023--2.-35- <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> 2023- 2.-35- <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CERTIFICATIONS AND ASSURANCES OF THE <br /> 2023 BYRNE JUSTICE ASSISTANCE GRANT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the certifications and assurances presented to the City Council for <br /> acceptance of the 2023 Byrne JAG grant funds be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on <br /> file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
