RESOLUTION NO. R2023- (O <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF MACON AND THE CITY OF DECATUR <br /> FOR DISTRIBUTION OF 2023 BYRNE JUSTICE ASSISTANCE GRANT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL C OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Intergovernmental Agreement presented to the City Council between <br /> the City of Decatur and the County of Macon regarding disbursement of JAG grant funds be, and <br /> the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
