Shafer Excavating at 629 W. Prairie Ave, and 1353 E. William <br /> St., and Steve's Trucking at 539 W. Decatur. <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the attached resolution <br /> authorizing execution of agreements for demolition of said dwellings. <br /> BACKGROUND: The buildings at 629 W. Prairie, 1353 E. William, and 539 W. Decatur were <br /> put out for demolition bid and crossed the threshold for council approval.
