Shafer Excavating at 629 W. Prairie Ave, and 1353 E. William <br /> St., and Steve's Trucking at 539 W. Decatur. <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the attached resolution <br /> authorizing execution of agreements for demolition of said dwellings. <br /> BACKGROUND: The buildings at 629 W. Prairie, 1353 E. William, and 539 W. Decatur were <br /> put out for demolition bid and crossed the threshold for council approval. These properties were <br /> put out for demolition bid along with twelve (12) other properties, which did not cross the <br /> threshold for council approval. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTIONS: No known objections to this resolution. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Jessica Coleman,Purchasing Supervisor; Michael <br /> Snearly, Neighborhood Inspections Manager. <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: None <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Any additional questions may be forwarded to Cordaryl "Pat"Patrick <br /> or Michael Snearly at 217-450-2347 or msnearly(&decaturil.gov . <br />
