RESOLUTION NO. R2023- 7-44 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF DECATUR LIQUOR CONTROL <br /> COMMISSIONER TO ALLOW CERTAIN LICENSE HOLDERS TO COVERT A <br /> CLASS A LICENSE TO A CLASS P LICENSE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City Council authorizes the Decatur Liquor Control Commissioner to <br /> allow for the conversion of a Class A license held by MALA LLC dba Lindy Lu's Place, 115 <br /> West First Drive, Decatur, Illinois, License Number 914A to a Class P license. <br /> Section 2.
