RESOLUTION NO. RaQa— �-q1 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION <br /> OF A CONTRACT WITH TOP QUALITY ROOFING FOR THE MUNICIPAL <br /> SERVICES CENTER ROOF REHABILITATION PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2023-07B <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 2023-0713, Municipal <br /> Services Center Roof Rehabilitation Project, and presented to the Council herewith, attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit A, be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Top Quality Roofing be accepted and a contract awarded <br /> accordingly, and that said contract between Top Quality Roofing and the City of Decatur is for a <br /> total amount of$526,680.00, which includes the PVC roof base bid ($369,300), the contour rib <br /> profile alternate ($109,500) and a 10% project contingency ($47,880). <br /> Section 3.
