William St. SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the attached resolution authorizing execution of agreements for demolition of said dwellings. BACKGROUND: The building at 570 W. William St. was put out for demolition bid and crossed the threshold for council approval. This property was put out as a single demolition bid.
