Lake Decatur Watershed Management Plan <br /> Notes <br /> 1. These are considered budgetary not to exceed maximums. <br /> 2. Task 5.2: This effort initiated late due to 319 grant award delays. Up to $47,600 of <br /> unused budget for this plan in the Phase IV budget will need to be rolled over. <br /> 3. Task 5.5 supports the City with management and execution of the $9.81VI Regional <br /> Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP) grant. This effort is expected to be much <br /> lower in 2026 after the program is established and running. <br /> 4. It is estimated that between $184,780.00 and $190,530.00 will be reimbursed from <br /> awarded grant funding from the Illinois EPA section 319 and RCPP. <br /> 5.
