Lake Decatur Watershed Management Plan—Phase V Scope of Services& Budget <br /> Task Summary Description <br /> • Conduct one-on-one landowner outreach and engagement. <br /> • Advance BMPs as identified completed plans—develop landowner <br /> plans to be advanced for survey and design. <br /> • Further advance opportunities as needed and directed by the City. <br /> Some of which may include: the DeWitt wellfield BMPs, anchored <br /> Task 5.7. Special Project Advancement floating treatment wetlands, conservation practices on City-owned <br /> properties, development and use optimization of the Oakley <br /> sediment dewatering basin, water quality and/or carbon trading, <br /> and Sangamon floodplain reconnection. <br /> Task 5.8. Section 319 Grant BMP <br /> Engineering& Design • Survey, design, permitting and engineering for 319 grant projects. <br /> • Continue coordination with the Illinois State Water Survey(ISWS) <br /> regarding monitoring at three stations (Sangamon at Cisco bridge, <br /> Long Creek, Friends Creek). <br /> • Continue automatic monitoring station operation, maintenance <br /> Task 5.9. Watershed Monitoring and management at Cisco Bridge in partnership with NGRREC. <br /> Program <br /> • Storm-event sampling at three watershed stations and continued <br /> monitoring of select BMP sites. <br /> • Data management and annual report for the three watershed <br /> monitoring stations. <br /> Task 5.10. Lake Sedimentation & • 2025 survey of sediment traps and select lake transects to estimate <br /> Bathymetry Program sediment accumulation from 2022—2025. <br /> • Budget for general consulting for out-of-scope services or support <br /> Task 5.11. General Consulting that may be requested such as assistance with 2024 and 2025 City- <br /> funded BMP projects. <br /> Task 5.12. Online Watershed • Budget allocated for platform customization to support RCPP and <br /> Management System City cost-share programs, if needed. <br /> northwater <br />
