Sewer pipe to Manhole C;o inec:ions.All connections shall prov de for a watertight seal <br /> De.ween the pipe and manhole. <br /> To connect a sewer to a marhole, a flexible boot, flexible connector, or a cast-m- <br /> place gasket shall be used. Flexible connectors. including inflatable gaskets. <br /> shall be in accordance wth ASTM C923. <br /> a. KOR-N-SEAL flex ble boot. <br /> b. Dura-seal gaskets <br /> C. A" Lok Gasket <br /> d. Or Equal <br /> Agree, provide as specified. <br /> 3. 1 know you mention temporary fencing as well, are you envisioning a temporary fence around <br /> the whole perimeter of the project like chain link or is snow fencing acceptable? <br /> Snow fence is acceptable ana shall remain up in areas until trench is backfilled. <br /> 4. Just to confirm,we are replacing sidewalk with just aggregate correct? If we damage more <br /> concrete sidewalk than shown for removals we can just replace the damaged areas with <br /> aggregate as well? <br /> iAdditional existing sidewalk damaged within the work area between approx. stations <br /> 8+20 and 9+10 can be replaced with aggregate trail at no cost to the owner. Damage to <br /> other sidewalk shall be replaced with material to match existing. <br />
