SCHNEIDER AND ASSOCIATES LLC- <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement presented to the Council herewith, by and between THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR ILLINOIS and ANN L. SCHNEIDER AND ASSOCIATES LLC, <br /> regarding consulting services be, and the same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
