12. PENALTY. Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this <br /> Chapter shall be fined not less than One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) nor more than Five <br /> Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense and every day that such violation continues may be <br /> deemed to be a separate offense.
