ORDINANCE NO. q(0 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> -CHAPTER 70- <br /> -PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE— <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Chapter 70 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the <br /> same is hereby modified and amended by amending Sections 2, 6, and 7, so that Sections 2, 6, <br /> and 7, as so modified and amended, shall provide as follows: <br /> ...2. PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE. The same having been duly placed and <br /> remained on file as required by law, and subject to the additions, modifications, changes <br /> or deletions set out in this Chapter, the International Property Maintenance Code/2021, <br /> 6. DELETION. The following numbered Articles or sections of said Code are <br /> deleted therefrom and the provisions thereof are not adopted hereby: <br /> PM Section No. (Inclusive) PM Section No. (Inclusive) <br /> 103.1 103.2 <br /> 103.3 104.1 <br /> 104.2 <br /> 105.2 105.6 <br /> 110.1 through 110.4 inclusive <br /> 113.2 113.3 <br /> 302.4 <br /> 704.6 through 704.6.1.4 inclusive <br /> 704.6.4 <br /> Appendix B <br /> 7. AMENDMENTS. The following numbered sections in said Code are hereby <br /> modified and amended as herein indicated: <br /> (a) 101.1 by inserting the words "City of Decatur, Illinois" for the name of <br /> the jurisdiction. <br /> (b) 111.4.1 by removing subparagraph 6. <br /> (c) 111.4.2 by adding the words "or the address listed in the Macon County <br /> Tax Assessor's Office for receipt of the property tax bill for the property" before <br /> the semi-colon in section 111.4.2 (2) <br />
