Anderson Plaza, <br /> Decatur, Illinois, 62523, until 11:00 A.M., January 4, 2024 and thereafter publicly opened and <br /> read. <br /> DESCRIPTION OF PROJFCT: <br /> The proposed improvement is officially known as: <br /> 2023 SANITARYSEWER HERBICIDE ROOT CONTROL PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2023-31 <br /> The proposed project herein specified and described includes the following work: <br /> A three (3)year project to apply foaming root control herbicide to approximately 325,140 <br /> lineal feet of sanitary sewers ranging in size from 6 inches to 21 inches. The project will <br /> apply root control in approximately 107,400 lineal feet of sewers in year 1 (zone 2), <br /> approximately 129,800 lineal feet of sewers in year 2 (zone 3) and approximately 87,900 <br /> lineal feet in year 3 (zone 1). <br /> INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS: <br /> 1.
