ADDITIONS AND DELETIONS <br /> CHAPTER 52 <br /> -ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR— <br /> 4. LICENSE CLASSIFICATIONS. Classes of local liquor licenses are hereby <br /> established and are hereby authorized as follows:... <br /> ...Class F, under which the licensee may only be the State or a department, <br /> agency or instrumentality thereof, a unit of local government or tenant thereof, or <br /> a not-for-profit charitable foundation having as one of its purposes the conduct <br /> and promotion of at least one outdoor sport such as baseball, football, rugby, <br /> soccer, golf, or the like, or the conduct and promotion of outdoor dining or <br /> spectator sports or events such as horse racing, fairs, expositions or shows, and <br /> which operates an outdoor facility appropriate to said dining, sport or event <br /> whereat alcoholic beverages are sold for consumption on the premises or sold for <br /> consumption off the premises if said licensee is a tenant of a unit of local <br /> government at the Lake Decatur marina, and which is situated in a zoning district <br /> other than the Residence, Office, Park Mobile Home or Neighborhood Shopping <br /> District unless the licensee is a unit of local government or a tenant thereof, or <br /> unless the licensed premises are a clubhouse or restaurant connected with a golf <br /> course. Video gaming shall be prohibited in establishments that possess a Class F <br /> license. <br />
