5. The provisions of this Section shall survive the termination of this Agreement. <br /> VI. SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE <br /> HERA shall provide all support and maintenance required in connection with the Services, <br /> including but not limited to: <br /> 1. Training and support for Decatur staff and responsible parties; <br /> 2. Collection and remittance of registration fees and any late fees or penalties; and <br /> 3. Remittance of monthly noncompliance reports in a format agreed to and <br /> acceptable to both parties will be emailed to the designated Decatur staff person <br /> with each monthly remittance report. <br /> VII. OWNERSHIP AND USE OF DOCUMENTS <br /> All documents, records, applications, files and other materials produced by HERA in <br /> connection with the services rendered pursuant to this Agreement shall be the property of Decatur, <br /> and shall be provided to Decatur upon request.HERA shall be permitted to retain copies,including <br /> reproducible copies, of drawings and specifications for information, reference and use in <br /> connection with Hera Property Registry, LLC's endeavors. In the event of termination of this <br /> Agreement, any reports, records, documents, forms, and other data and documents prepared by <br /> HERA whether finished or unfinished shall become the property of Decatur,and shall be delivered <br /> by HERA to the appropriate person within seven (7) days of termination of this Agreement by <br /> either party. Any compensation due to HERA shall be withheld until all documents are received <br /> as provided herein. <br /> VIII. COMMUNITY DATA <br /> On a date agreed upon by the Parties Decatur will provide HERA a digital file in a format <br /> agreeable to the Parties containing all of the information of all Properties believed to be <br /> Registerable by Decatur.
