NOTICE OF INTENT TO ANNEX <br /> PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the Illinois Municipal Code, 65 ILCS 5/7-1-13, <br /> notice is hereby given that the annexation of the surrounded territory described below is <br /> contemplated by the City Council of the City of Decatur,Illinois,and that they propose to consider <br /> and take action on an ordinance annexing such surrounded territory at a regular meeting of the <br /> Decatur City Council on April 1, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. in the Civic Center City Council Chamber, #1 <br /> Gary K.
