R-gyp' 4_55 <br /> RESOLUTION INDICATING INTENT TO ANNEX AN <br /> UNINCORPORATED TERRITORY, SETTING A HEARING TO <br /> CONSIDER SUCH ANNEXATION,AND DIRECTING <br /> PUBLICATION OF HEARING NOTICE <br /> -3316 FERRIS DRIVE, 1850 FERRIS DRIVE AND 1930 FERRIS DRIVE- <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Decatur desires to annex a certain unincorporated territory <br /> containing sixty(60)acres or less,located on 3316 Ferris Drive, 1850 Ferris Drive and 1930 Ferris <br /> Drive, and more specifically described as follows: <br /> TRACT A <br /> Lot Forty(40)of South Hilltop Subdivision as per Plat recorded in Book 300 Page <br /> 212 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois. <br /> 3316 Ferris Drive, Decatur, Illinois (17-12-33-302-001) <br /> TRACT B <br /> All of Lot Twenty (20) and that part of Lot Twenty-One (21) in South Hilltop <br /> Subdivision, as per Plat recorded in Book 300, Page 212 of the records in the <br /> Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, more particularly described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 21: thence West 19 feet 4 <br /> inches to a point: thence Southeasterly to the Southwest corner of Lot 20: thence <br /> North 204.9 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> 1850 Ferris Drive, Decatur, Illinois (17-12-33-301-002) <br /> TRACT C <br /> Lot Twenty-One (21) of South Hilltop Subdivision, as per Plat recorded in Book <br /> 300 on Page 212 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; <br /> EXCEPT that part of Lot Twenty-One (21) described as follows: Commencing at <br /> the Northeast corner of Lot Twenty-One (21), thence West 19 feet 4 inches to a <br /> point; thence Southeasterly to the Southeasterly corner of Lot Twenty-One (21), <br /> thence North 204.9 feet to the Point of Beginning.
