NOTICE OF INTENT TO ANNEX PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the Illinois Municipal Code, 65 ILCS 5/7-1-13, notice is hereby given that the annexation of the surrounded territory described below is contemplated by the City Council of the City of Decatur,Illinois,and that they propose to consider and take action on an ordinance annexing such surrounded territory at a regular meeting of the Decatur City Council on April 1, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, #1 Gary K. Anderson Plaza, Decatur, Illinois.
