Anderson Plaza <br /> Decatur, IL 62523 <br /> mnewell@decaturil.gov <br /> Ms. Lewis, Mr. Pearsall, and Mr. Newell: <br /> Enclosed are copies of Stipulated Agreement 2307 concerning safety improvements at the <br /> Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive highway-rail grade crossing (AAR/DOT #292858Y railroad <br /> milepost 76.10-113) of the Illinois Central Railroad's track in the City of Decatur, Macon <br /> County, Illinois. <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Commission's Recommended Procedures for <br /> Initiation and Execution of the Stipulated Agreement, all parties must sign the Execution <br /> Page of the agreement within 60 days from the date of mailing and return it to our office or <br /> the terms of the Agreement shall be renegotiated or declared void. <br /> Please read the entire Agreement before execution. In addition, IC must submit <br /> Project Manager Information (see Exhibit E). If any changes are required, the sheets are <br /> to be corrected and submitted to this office along with the executed Agreement. <br /> IC is hereby notified that not less than the prevailing rate of wages, as established by the <br /> Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, shall be paid to all laborers, mechanics, and other workers who <br /> are not IC's employees but who are retained by IC to perform construction or demolition <br /> work under the attached agreement or any related (sub)contract(s).
