RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING INTERGOVERNEMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF DECATUR AND THE MACON COUNTY <br /> CONSERVATION DISTRICT FOR ASSISTANCE WITH CONTROLLED <br /> BURNING <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Intergovernmental Agreement presented to the Council and <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit A,by and between the City of Decatur, Illinois and the Macon <br /> County Conservation District, for assistance with controlled burning, and the same is <br /> hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
