RESOLUTION NO.�AO%4--7J <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID PRICE OF S&R MARINE AND <br /> EQUIPMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2024 SEAARK VFX 2072 <br /> DELUXE PATROL BOAT, TRAILER AND ACCESSORIES <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for one (1)2024 SeaArk VFX 2072 <br /> deluxe patrol boat, trailer, and accessories presented herewith as Exhibit A and made a part <br /> hereof be, and it is hereby, received, and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of S&R Marine and Equipment, in the amount of <br /> $52,784.25, be accepted and a purchase order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
