RESOLUTION NO. 9Wa-4— "f O <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> SHEMILAH OUTREACH CENTER FOR 2024 WEED ABATEMENT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the bid of Shemilah Outreach Center for City owned lots in district 1 for <br /> 2024 weed abatement be presented to the City Council herewith as Exhibit A, be received and <br /> placed on file. <br /> Section 2.
