<br /> Kim Casner states that she gave notice of the pending action to be taken on an Ordinance
<br /> annexing certain surrounded territory lying within Macon County, Illinois, the Warrensburg Fire
<br /> Protection District, the Barclay Public Library District and to the Corporate Authorities of the
<br /> County of Macon, Illinois , in compliance with the provisions of Section 5/7-1-1 et. seg of the
<br /> Municipal Code of the State of Illinois, as amended(65 ILCS 5/7-1-1 et. sem.),by sending a notice
<br /> by certified mail,postage paid,to each of the Trustees of the Warrensburg Fire Protection District,
<br /> the Trustees of the Barclay Pubic Library District and the Board Members of the Macon County,
<br /> Illinois Board, as set forth below. All notices were mailed on the 5'day of March, 2024, by this
<br /> Affiant, at Decatur, Illinois, being more than ten (10) days prior to the time stated in said Notice
<br /> as the time at which the City Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois would take action on the
<br /> proposed Ordinance Annexing Surrounded Territory.
