<br /> Kim Casner states that she gave notice of the pending action to be taken on an Ordinance
<br /> annexing certain surrounded territory lying within the South Wheatland Fire Protection District,
<br /> the South Macon Public Library District and to the Corporate Authorities of the County of Macon,
<br /> Illinois, in compliance with the provisions of Section 5/7-1-1 et. seg of the Municipal Code of the
<br /> State of Illinois,as amended(65 ILCS 5/7-1-1 et.sec ),by sending notice by certified mail,postage
<br /> paid, to each of the Trustees of the South Wheatland Fire Protection District, the Trustees of the
<br /> South Macon Public Library District and the Board Members of the Macon County,Illinois Board,
<br /> as set forth below. All notices were mailed on the 5"' day of March, 2024, by this Affiant, at
<br /> Decatur, Illinois, being more than ten(10) days prior to the time stated in said Notice as the time
<br /> at which the City Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois would take action on the proposed
<br /> Ordinance Annexing Surrounded Territory.
