EXHIBIT A <br /> RE: RCPP [Project ID# 2024-55 -- Lake Decatur Water Quality Initiative] <br /> Scope of Work <br /> ManPlan Inc will provide Technical Service Provider (TSP) services to support the Lake <br /> Decatur RCPP. Services will include: <br /> 1. Nutrient Management Plans <br /> 2. Soil Health Management Plans <br /> 3. Soil Health Testing <br /> 4.
