Pinion will dedicate the staff <br /> outlined in Appendix A. Task 1 services described herein are provided for reference and will <br /> not be billed to the City of Decatur. Task 1 represents services provided directly to landowners <br /> enrolled in the RCPP through practice payments awarded by the United States Department of <br /> Agriculture (USDA).
