Such notice by mail and by <br /> publication shall each occur not later than ten (10) days following the adoption by ordinance of <br /> such changes; and <br /> WHEREAS, the change to the Olde Towne TIF boundary involves the removal of property <br /> and,therefore,may be made without further hearing and related notices and procedures: <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS,that: <br /> 1. The parcels shown in the attached Attachment A and listed in Attachment B is hereby <br /> removed from the Olde Towne TIF Project Area. <br /> 2. The new boundary of the Olde Towne TIF Project Area is described in Attachment C. <br /> 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to notify the County Clerk of this 2024 Amendment. <br /> 4. The City Clerk, or designee, is hereby directed, within ten(10) days from the date of <br /> passage and approval, give notice of the passage of this Ordinance by mail to each <br /> affected taxing district and registrant on the Interested Parties Registry and publish <br /> said notice in the Herald & Review, a newspaper of general circulation within the <br /> affected taxing districts. <br /> 5. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br /> 6.
