Decatur St., and 665 W. Prairie <br /> St. <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the attached resolution <br /> authorizing execution of agreements for demolition of said dwellings. <br /> BACKGROUND: The buildings at 960 W. Decatur St., and 665 W. Prairie St. were put out for <br /> demolition bid along with 29 other properties. The buildings at 960 W. Decatur St. and 665 W. <br /> Prairie St. crossed the threshold for council approval. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTIONS: No known objections to this resolution. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Michael Snearly, Neighborhood Inspections Manager. <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: None <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Any additional questions may be forwarded to Cordaryl"Pat"Patrick <br /> or Michael Snearly at 217-450-2347 or msnearly(a,decaturil.gov . <br />
