Wood St., and 815 N. Van <br /> Dyke St. <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the attached resolution <br /> authorizing execution of agreements for demolition of said dwellings. <br /> BACKGROUND: The buildings at 968 W. Wood St., and 815 N. Van Dyke St. were put out for <br /> demolition bid along with 15 other properties. The buildings at 968 W. Wood St. and 815 N. <br /> Van Dyke St. crossed the threshold for council approval. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTIONS: No known objections to this resolution. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Michael Snearly,Neighborhood Inspections Manager. <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: None <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Any additional questions may be forwarded to Cordaryl "Pat"Patrick <br /> or Michael Snearly at 217-450-2347 or msnearly(&decaturil.gov . <br />
