No Waiver of Tort Immunity Defenses.Nothing contained in this Agreement, is intended <br /> to constitute nor shall constitute a waiver of the defenses available to the City and the <br /> District under the Illinois Local Governmental and Governmental Employees Tort <br /> Immunity Act,with respect to claims by third parties. <br /> 9. Term.This Agreement shall be and remain in effect from the effective date specified in <br /> paragraph 15 below through June 30, 2025 and shall automatically renew for one (1)year <br /> terms thereafter unless notice of termination is served by one (1)party on the other by May <br /> 151 of the year prior to the commencement of a District school year. <br /> 10. Counterparts.This Agreement may be executed in counterparts. <br /> 11. Mutual Assistance.The parties shall do all things necessary or appropriate to carry out the <br /> terms and provisions of this Agreement and to aid and assist each other in furthering the <br /> objectives of this Agreement and the intent of the parties as reflected by the terms of the <br /> Agreement. <br /> 12.
