City Plan Commission <br /> May 2, 2024 <br /> Page 2 <br /> B. Case No. 24-08 Petition of ARCHER-DANIELS-MIDLAND COMPANY, to rezone the <br /> properties located at 1950-1990 NORTH 35TH STREET from R-3 Single Family <br /> Residence District to M-1 Intense Commercial-Light Industrial District. <br /> It was moved and seconded (James Oliver/Maurice Payne) to forward Case No. 24-08 to the City <br /> Council with a recommendation of approval as set forth in the staff report. <br /> Joselyn Stewart discussed staff's recommendation for approval of the petition based on the staff report <br /> distributed to the Plan Commission prior to the meeting (staff report is on file and is available for <br /> reviewing by request). <br /> Justin Onken, Counsel, Real Estate and M&A, was sworn in by Deanna Buck. Justin stated that this <br /> will be a parking lot. <br /> Upon call of the roll,Commission members A.G Webber,Matt Naber,Bobby Garner,Maurice Payne, <br /> Jim Schwarz, Josh Prasun, James Oliver, Susie Peck voted aye. Motion carried. <br /> C.
