SECTION 9. SEVERABILITY <br /> If any section,paragraph, clause, or provision of this Ordinance is held invalid, the <br /> invalidity of such section,paragraph, clause or provision shall not affect any of the other <br /> provisions of this Ordinance. <br /> SECTION 10.
