RESOLUTION NO. — � <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING LAKE DECATUR WATERSHED FARMLAND <br /> CONSERVATION PROGRAM AGREEMENT FOR POND IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WITH MICHAEL D. SWITZER <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Lake Decatur Watershed Farmland Conservation Program <br /> Agreement,presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit A and made a part hereof, between the <br /> City of Decatur and Michael D. Switzer, and the same is hereby received,placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to execute <br /> said Agreement between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Michael D.
