Zion, and Illinois Department of <br /> Transportation for the Purpose of Coordinating Transportation, Land use, and other Related <br /> Infrastructure Planning in the Decatur Metropolitan Planning Area. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommend the City Council approve the resolution. <br /> BACKGROUND: This IGA was last updated in 2011. Illinois Department of Transportation and <br /> the Federal Highway Administration has requested an updated IGA that outlines the roles and <br /> responsibilities of governmental agencies participating in the Decatur Urbanized Area <br /> Transportation Study. (DUATS) <br /> ATTACHMENTS: Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTIONS: Staff is not aware of objections. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: DUATS. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Should the City Council have any questions, they may contact Cordaryl <br /> M.
