Call to Order and Determination of a Quorum <br /> The July 11, 2024, meeting of the Decatur City Plan Commission was called to order at 3:00 P.M. in <br /> the City Council Chamber,Third Floor of the Decatur Civic Center,by Chairwoman Susie Peck who <br /> determined a quorum was present. <br /> Members Present: A.G Webber, Matt Naber, Bobby Garner,Andrew Taylor, Josh Prasun, James <br /> Oliver, Susie Peck <br /> Members Absent: Maurice Payne, Jim Schwarz <br /> Staff Present: Greg Crowe, Deanna Buck, Amanda Wiese <br /> II. Approval of Minutes of the June 6, 2024, City Plan Commission Meeting <br /> It was moved and seconded(Andrew Taylor/Matt Naber) to approve the minutes of the June 6, <br /> 2024, meeting of the Decatur City Plan Commission. Motion carried. <br /> III. New Business <br /> A. Case No. 24-15 Petition of ARCHER-DANIELS-MIDLAND COMPANY, to rezone the <br /> properties located at 4148 E FARIES PARKWAY from R-1 Single Family Residence to <br /> M-2 Heavy Industrial District. <br /> It was moved and seconded (Andrew Taylor/Matt Naber) to forward Case No. 24-15 to the City <br /> Council with a recommendation of approval as set forth in the staff report. <br /> Greg Crowe discussed staff's recommendation for approval of the petition based on the staff report <br /> distributed to the Plan Commission prior to the meeting (staff report is on file and is available for <br /> reviewing by request). <br /> Upon call of the roll, Commission members A.G Webber, Matt Naber, Bobby Garner, Andrew <br /> Taylor, Josh Prasun, James Oliver, Susie Peck voted aye. Motion carried. <br />
