Maintenance and Support for Court Case Management <br /> Suite <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the City Council approve the attached resolution,authorizing the <br /> City Manager to renew the annual software maintenance for the Incode Court Case and Content/Document Management Suite <br /> with Tyler Technologies,Inc. <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> In prior years, City Council has approved annual software maintenance renewals with Tyler Technologies, Inc. to use their Incode <br /> Court Case Management Suite and associated Content/Document Management Software for the Administrative Code Enforcement <br /> System (Admin Court). This invoice represents a contractual maximum increase of 6.5% increase over last year's maintenance <br /> costs totaling$52,126.83.The period covered by this renewal is September 1,2024,thru August 31,2025.This software is used by <br /> the Legal,Community Development and Finance Departments. <br /> PRIOR COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> City has maintained an Annual License and Support Agreement with Tyler for the Incode Court Case Management Software to <br /> ensure current version of the system is in operation and is necessary to continue using the licensed software going forward. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTIONS: None Anticipated <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: None <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: James Edwards,IT Director,(217)450-2236 <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: <br /> The total of$52,126.83 is budgeted in the Information Technology 2024 General Fund budget. <br /> ATTACHMENTS: <br /> Description Type <br /> Resolution Resolution Letter <br /> Maintenance&Support Invoice Backup Material <br />
